Clean with a damp cloth and non-abrasive material. Change the water regularly to ensure the pump remains in prime condition. Care instructions are included in the package. Sovereign Country water features will survive many winters, but we advise during very cold periods to drain the water features and ensure to cover as fully as possible to protect from extreme weather conditions.

Sovereign Country water features are fully self-contained and arrive assembled. Every water feature is quality tested before being dispatched. The pump will require attaching to the water feature.

Please follow the instruction guide included with the water feature. Otherwise your water feature is ready to be situated, plugged in, filled with water and enjoyed!

The courier will not carry your item into the house or garden, remove packaging or help you situate the product. Please check the product before signing for it. If, however, it is not exactly what you want then you have the right to cancel your order providing we are notified within 14 calendar days and the item is received back to us within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify Sovereign Country within 14 days of receipt of order requesting that you would like to return the product.
