All pumps come supplied with 10 meters of cable and 4 easily cleaned fountain heads - Tiered, Column, Bell and Plume (Please note the 16,000 and 22,000 models only come with 3 fountain head options). 700 - 1800 Range : - The smaller pump sizes 700, 1200, 1500 and 1800 are better suited to power a water feature or a fountain and come with 4 attachments for this purpose, but they still have many of the features of the larger models which make the Fish Mate range so reliable. 2000 - 18000 Range : - The rest of the Fish Mate range are excellent combined filter and fountain pumps as they have a two way outlet to power a fountain plus a waterfall or filter. Pond pumps and filters will require maintaining and cleaning over their lifetime. If you live in a hard water area it may be necessary to clean these items with a suitable lime scale remover (we recommend Superfish Pump Clean). Should an item develop a fault within its guarantee period, it may be sent back to Kettering Koi & Ponds Ltd. Repairs or replacement under the guarantee will be carried out as quickly as possible however you should allow up to 30 days for this.

Faulty items will be tested and if a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, or the product is found to be in working order, Kettering Koi & Ponds Ltd will return the product to the customer.
